BIOGRAPHY
Joanna Beveridge is a writer, director and producer based in Western Sydney. She has a double degree in Nuclear Medicine and Digital Media and has worked for companies such as NBCUniversal, Network Ten, Warner Bros., and ITV Studios.
She’s produced two Screen Australia funded romcoms, NO ORDINARY LOVE (producer) and SHIPPERS (producer, writer, director). Jo created the award-winning web series SYDNEY SLEUTHERS, of which she wrote and directed many episodes. She produced the Screen NSW Screenability funded short film MAGNETIC, which premiered at Sydney Film Festival and streamed on ABC iview. And Jo wrote and directed the award-winning short film THE TAKEDOWN OF MELANIE SPROTTLE, inspired by her time as a competitive horse rider.
